Fruit or chocolate: which do you prefer?

Many look forward to the warmer temperatures and longer days that come with spring. The team at COBS Bread looks forward to Hot Cross Buns! Whether it’s Traditional Fruit or Chocolate Chip, they just can’t get enough of these seasonal treats.

We asked some members of the COBS team which Hot Cross Bun they like best and how they like to eat them.

“My favourite is Chocolate Chip. I use them to make bread pudding.” - Andrew Gunn, Master Baker

“I love Traditional Fruit toasted with a wee bit of butter!” - Karen Frost, Area Manager (ON – Toronto)

“Chocolate Chip is best. I’ll eat them warm from the oven (my favourite), toasted or just as they are. Oh! And with ice cream in the middle!” - Joanna Smith, Area Manager (ON – York Region)
