Rosedale Flower Shop Has New Owner—Happy to Share 'Bloom' Style

In June of 2008 the head designer at Bloom the Flower Company bought the store.
“How could I pass it up?” new owner Paul Girling asks. “I love my job, I love this location and I love my clients.”
Just steps north of the Rosedale subway, Paul admits the location can be a bit daunting: “Surrounded by the floral institutions of Toronto, how does the new guy compete?” He sticks to doing what he does best: Bright colours and bold designs. He loves clients who ask for something “outside the box.”
Whether a small bouquet, centerpiece, large event or home installation, Paul would love to show you what’s possible in “Bloom” style.
