2009 has been quite a year. We started in a deep recession and now find ourselves in a rather robust market. Two strong quarters have been recorded as pent-up demand plays out.
The strength of the dollar, combined with a fear of a hiccup in the recovery, will probably ensure continued low interest rates well into next year. Our next hurdle is the dreaded HST. How does it work?
