Santa’s list gets checked twice…let’s check your list!

When preparing for holiday gatherings, remember some special things to include on your list this year…

• Call a friend that you’ve been meaning to share some special thoughts with

• Bake that special desert and invite your family and friends to join in

• Plan a cookie exchange with your neighbours

• Take some time to plan a special night out with a loved one and plan that downtime for yourself!

• Prioritize your shopping list (save the time) and create a plan; follow through with it

• Do something different—be spontaneous!!!

• Don’t sweat the small stuff

• Make sure to exercise, eat well and get plenty of rest

With the holidays upon us, it’s the little things that mean a lot—do something special for someone.   The meaning of the friendships; the family fun and creation of new, exciting and spiritual relationships at these precious holiday times will be cherished and remembered for years to come.

It’s time to reflect on good times, family, friends and acquaintances. The holidays allow us to celebrate the precious moments we all bring to one another at such a joyous time of the year.
