Keeping with the food philosophy and style of Executive Chef Bradley Macdonald, Sassafraz is neither over the top or modernist. Rather, its simple elegance sparkles in a warm and welcoming environment. 

Brad sources food from small local producers. Their wine program is in keeping with his distinct, contemporary Canadian and French blends. Sassafraz continues to develop its extensive wine list with an emphasis on boutique wineries from Canada and France.

In addition to lunch and dinner, Sassafraz offers weekend brunch and, in its casual bistro setting, live music.
