This holiday season make Midoco your creative outlet

Christmas shopping is a cinch at Midoco because there’s something for everyone on your list. Office products include the Semikolon brand in designer colours (rainbow file, $39.99), Lug bags and laptop backpacks (some 25% off), Paperblanks hardcover journals (buy two, get a third free) and boxed roller-ball pens with decorated barrels, a great value at $14.95.

There are art sets to inspire any budding Picasso. And, as always, many products have art-themes, among them playing cards, mouse-pads and jigsaw puzzles. Best-selling umbrellas depict a single gorgeous flower, stained-glass windows and cityscapes. Board games include the Settlers of Catan and its expansions.

For kids, there’s an impressive range of craft and science kits. The Superstructs “fairy garden building set” (for girls 3+) and the 4M soda can robot (8+) are popular.

Stocking stuffers abound: mini activity books, coin purses (“penny pinchers”) and alarm clocks, magnetic bookmarks, bejewelled purse pads, booklights, and so on. They make perfect Hanukkah gifts, along with candles and dreidels. Cards, tags, wrap, bags, ribbons and bows provide all the finishing flourishes.
