VITAL STEPS: Tighten Up This Spring!

In a cozy second floor space, is premiere fitness and wellness studio Vital Steps, where women of all ages are becoming more fit and confident. The focus is on building stronger women who feel good about their health. From one-on-one training sessions to small group classes, women learn nutrition, weight management, and personal health in a way that works for them and fits their schedules.

For the rest of the indoor winter season, Vital Steps challenges you to try something new with a sister, mother, daughter or friend. For reduced stress and toning, try Yoga or Pilates, for weight loss try Fat Burning or indoor and outdoor Boot Camp classes, and for a high-energy workout and a great time, try Zumba, a cardio class with a Latin flavour.
