Vital Steps Outdoor Boot Camp is a six-week program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training—packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
When you complete the outdoor boot camp you can expect: 3-5% reduction in body fat; 5-12 pounds weight loss; 25% improvement in strength; 25% improvement in endurance; 1-3 inch decrease in midsection; 100% gain in self-confidence!
The camp runs from June 23rd to July 30th at Havergal College. Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-7:30 a.m., Saturdays 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Registration is only $192 + GST for two classes per week or $255 + GST for three classes a week.
