A new retreat has moved into the Chateau Royal at 650 Mount Pleasant. Healthwinds, The Health & Wellness Spa has opened a serene, sophisticated oasis for men and women to get away from it all and recharge.

Inspired by luxe international spas, and offering treatments and services that are effective, accessible and affordable, this spa is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.

The spa’s eight treatment rooms include two deluxe rooms with a Swiss shower for body wraps, polishes and couples massage. There’s a hydrotherapy room with 120 jet hydrotub with a high-pressure water wand for massage. The four station mani/pedi room has stainless steel foot baths. Locker rooms are equipped with herbal steam rooms, rain shower heads, and full lockers with deluxe robes and sandals.

All of Healthwinds’ treatments are provided by highly-trained and caring professionals. They include massage therapy, body therapies, wraps and polishes, facials, waxing, manicures & pedicures, wellness and nutritional counselling. Insurance receipts are available for massage therapy and hydrotherapy treatments.
