Vital Steps Outdoor/Indoor Boot Camp is a seven-week program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional information and motivational training—packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
When you complete the outdoor/indoor boot camp you can expect: 3-5% reduction in body fat; 5-12 pounds weight loss; 25% improvement in strength; 25% improvement in endurance; 1-3 inch decrease in midsection; 100% gain in self-confidence!
