HST. It’s all the rage. It’s all anyone is talking about. Fortunately, with regards to real estate, it will not affect most of us. It was thought at one time that HST would apply to all Real Estate transactions. However, the proposed HST will only apply to homes that sell after July 1st and only homes that are new builds. In other words, homes that are new from the foundation up.

Supply and demand continues to drive our market.  Even with interest rates creeping up this year and into 2011 we should continue to see healthy appreciation in Yorkville and Rosedale property value.
