European bistro Coquine Restaurant serves up classics

Owner Robert Prete, formerly of Grazie Restaurant, invites you to join him at Coquine Restaurant, a modern European bistro just three blocks south of Yonge and Eglinton.

This new neighbourhood spot offers feel-good classics with a modern twist and friendly service in a beautiful Art Deco inspired setting.

Winner of finest French Onion Soup and best brasserie (Post City Mag, Dec 2008).

Join them for cocktails and a bite in the bar room.  Start your meal with Coquine Salad with Prosciutto wrapped Figs & Gorgonzola, Poutine with Shredded Pork, or Moules Frites. Entrées include Truffled Steak Frites, Seared Sea Scallops & Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, and Halibut en Papillote. For dessert, enjoy Créme Brulee.

Open Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends. Take out available. Remember to book your special function in their private “Jasmine” room (holds up to 36 guests).

Enjoy the summer on one of their 2 patios! Live Jazz Sundays 8 -10 p.m.
