Yonge Vision announces Lafont's fall collection des Beaux-Arts
Wednesday, September 22, 2010
“I imagined this collection as a painter in his studio. A creative way of mixing colours, textures and patterns. Multi-inspirational, from many sources. For this fall/winter 2010/2011 season we have developed 3 themes…” — Thomas Lafont
The Pastels
A romantic, feminine colour theme using the “impressionist” effects with the softness of tone, subtlety of hue and deepness of twilight blues.
The Forest Greens
Nature-inspired artwork with patterns created from a mixture of foliage, sculptures and drawings. New intense hues enhance the two-colour contrasts of these exclusive acetates, and natural-look textures.
The Mars Reds/Charcoal Blacks
This theme is very Parisian, left-bank and glamorous…. A graphic style, the intensity of the reds contrasting with the depth of the blacks, plus a delicate new lace pattern and original etchings.
Lafont’s Beaux-Arts collection is available at Yonge Vision, where opticians Michelle Axler and Isaac Abenhaim are committed to combining how well you see with how well you look. Visit to discover your new look.
