From April 6 to 27, STUDIO VOGUE GALLERY hosts Sheree Rasmussen
in her solo exhibition ‘Fabrications’. Rasmussen uses textiles as a medium of expression which goes far beyond the boundaries of traditional textile art. Using fabric like a painter’s brush, her wildly expressive and powerful abstract collages are developed out of the complex play of colour and movement. Through an improvisational process, she brings an initial chaos of colours and shapes and tames them into a harmonious relationship.
